Job Description
The responsibilities of the role will include but not be limited to the following:
End to end contract management including tender and proposal process for a diverse package suite; may tender documentation, pricing submissions, negotiations, term and conditions reviews for low to medium risk packages.
Review variations to regular standard terms and conditions and prepare responses to mitigate risk and liability while achieving favorable commercial outcomes.
Maintain the validity of live contracts which may include but is not limited to variations, claims, supplier performance reviews, pricing reviews etc.
Requirements
Previous experience in a similar or equivalent role managing low to medium risk/value contract packages.
Tertiary or relevant qualifications in commerce, law, and/or construction.
Exposure to a mining operator and or the gold industry would be highly desirable.
