You'll be based primarily at the Paddington store (2-3 days per week) while also supporting 2 or 3 locations across Sydney. Your role combines retail leadership with team development, stabilising high-turnover stores, coaching emerging leaders, and driving performance across the cluster. You will: Lead, mentor, and inspire multiple teams across stores Drive sales performance, KPIs, and operational excellence Manage day-to-day operations including stock, merchandising, and reporting Deliver consultative, performance-focused customer experiences Build culture and develop teams in line with the athlete community Set and maintain high store standards that reflect our performance-driven culture Who are you? You're an energetic, hands-on leader with a love of fitness and retail. You thrive on high performance - both personally and in your team.
