This is a full-time position based in Newcastle, NSW.
Responsibilities
* Deliver a range of clinical and organisational psychology focused services, including EAP counselling, onsite attendances and critical incident responses, private/Medicare rebated counselling, compensation scheme work, multidisciplinary interventions, psychological assessment, and other clinical and organisational psychology services as required.
What you will do
* Employee Assistance Program (EAP) counselling for a range of clients (adults, children, adolescents and couples).
* Onsite attendance and critical incident response support at client workplaces.
* Private/Medicare rebated counselling.
* Support people with pain-related issues, injury adjustment and trauma from an acquired injury (Compensation Scheme work).
* Work in a multidisciplinary team to support client outcomes.
* Psychological assessment.
* Other clinical and organisational psychology services as required.
About You
* Psychologist with full registration with AHPRA (Australia Health Practitioner Regulation Agency).
* Full Australian working rights.
* Ability to obtain a national police check.
* A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle.
