Placeright is a secure, web-based information system that provides a standard, consistent and secure system for managing student placements between placement providers and their education provider partners.
As a Technical System Support Specialist, you will have broad responsibility for the provision of support, advice and training using Placeright and related training resources to ensure government policies for the health workforce are supported.
Main Responsibilities
* Provide advice and support to stakeholders on workforce programs and initiatives.
* Promote collaboration and integration across departmental programs and workforce initiatives.
* Support students with tools like Placeright, reporting, resources, and guidance.
* Assist in planning, delivering, and monitoring key workforce projects and initiatives.
Maintaining accurate records, managing risks, and contributing to reports, briefings, and strategic advice are also key components of this role. The position requires autonomy and professionalism, upholding confidentiality, safety, and compliance standards while working independently and remotely.
