My Vitality Physio (MVP) is a well-established private allied health practice on the Gold Coast. We’re seeking a motivated Physiotherapist with a strong interest in women’s and/or men’s pelvic health to join our growing team in a mixed pelvic health + musculoskeletal role.
You’ll be supported to build a busy, sustainable caseload aligned with your clinical interests, within a positive, professional team that values clinical excellence and long-term patient outcomes.
The Role (Mixed Caseload)
You will:
* Deliver evidence-based pelvic health and musculoskeletal physiotherapy
* Provide clear, empowering patient education
* Design progressive rehab programs (gym-based rehab, Clinical Pilates, strength-based exercise and/or hydrotherapy where appropriate)
* Contribute to a collaborative team environment and high-quality patient experience
Our pelvic health caseload is well established and continuing to grow, with strong internal support to further develop this area.
About MVP
MVP delivers a wellness and functional high-performance model of care, integrating hands-on physiotherapy, education, and progressive exercise rehabilitation.
We support a diverse caseload across the lifespan (paediatric through to very elderly), including:
* General musculoskeletal and orthopaedic presentations
* Women’s and men’s health
* NDIS clients
* Occupational health and work-related injuries
* Chronic conditions (e.g., diabetes, osteoporosis, cardiac and respiratory disease)
* Neurological conditions (e.g., Parkinson’s disease, MND, stroke)
* Obesity and metabolic syndrome
* Sports injuries from recreational to elite professional and Olympic-level athletes
Two purpose-built clinics:
* Medical centre location in Hope Island
* Standalone clinic in Salacia Waters, Paradise Point
Both sites include fully equipped rehab and functional training gyms.

Mentoring & Support
You’ll receive structured mentoring and clinical support from:
* Our current Women’s and Men’s Pelvic Health Physiotherapist (going on maternity leave), and
* An APA Titled Sports & Exercise Physiotherapist with 28+ years of experience
Essential Requirements
* Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
* Pelvic health training (APA Pelvic Health Level 1+ or equivalent)
* Strong musculoskeletal assessment and treatment skills
* Integrated hands-on and exercise-based approach
* Excellent communication and patient education skills
* Strong commitment to outcomes and customer service
* Team-focused, proactive and accountable mindset
Highly regarded:
* APA Pelvic Health Level 2 (or equivalent)
* Confidence and competence performing internal pelvic examinations
Clinicians who have completed APA Pelvic Health Level 1 are encouraged to apply and will be supported with a clear pathway to further upskilling.
Desirable (Not Essential)
* Interest in Clinical Pilates, strength & conditioning, or group exercise
* Experience or interest in sales, marketing or community engagement
* Willingness to contribute to Pelvic Health department growth (education, blog posts, social media content)

Remuneration is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
