About the Role
As a People Support Advisor, you will partner with our retail stores across Australia to deliver expert advice on people management, recruitment, health and safety, employee relations and company policies.
Responsibilities
* Provide phone-based HR guidance and support to our retail stores
* Work with Store Managers to facilitate recruitment for Sales Assistants
* Manage HR administration tasks such as screening applicants and creating employment contracts
* Offer initial support on health and safety matters
* Identify and advise on employee relations queries and escalate when required
Requirements
* Tertiary studies in Human Resources are advantageous
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage high-volume recruitment
* Strong communication skills with stakeholders across all areas of the business
* Integrity to ensure timely and accurate information
* Possession of passion for Human Resources and willingness to learn and grow
