What You'll Be Doing
Enterprise Sales
You will work hand in hand with a wide range of Seisma specialists and Microsoft stakeholders, building a pipeline of new business and winning contracts for the delivery and support of Microsoft Azure Data & AI solutions to our mid-market and enterprise customers. To do this, you will:
What you'll do:
* Develop deep, trusted-advisor relationships with enterprise and mid-market customers across our target sectors, uncovering and developing new opportunities for professional services and managed services contracts.
* Collaborate with a range of stakeholders from Microsoft to ensure Seisma is positioned as the partner of choice for the delivery and support of Azure-hosted data and AI solutions.
* Lead consultative conversations with the customer to develop a clear understanding of their business and goals.
* Develop clear and compelling proposals that align the customer's goals with Microsoft data / AI solutions and Seisma's industry-leading professional services & managed services.
* Be the customer advocate within Seisma, ensuring customer outcomes and satisfaction are at the heart of what we do.
Marketing & Business Developement
You'll also play an active role in Seisma's go-to-market success by:
* Make active and impactful contributions to our Microsoft go-to-market and growth strategies.
* Work with Seisma's marketing teams to contribute to customer success stories, thought leadership, and go-to-market initiatives
* Support the creation of impactful sales collateral, demos, and presentations that reflect Seisma's expertise and experience delivering Microsoft data and AI solutions.
What We're Looking For
* First and foremost, you are a sales professional, experienced and passionate about selling professional services that deliver real value to customers.
* You exhibit a strategic growth mindset, with demonstrable experience developing and executing a plan to achieve agreed targets and goals.
* You naturally build and develop relationships at all levels through your informed opinions and curious nature.
* You demonstrate a solid understanding of Microsoft data and AI solutions.
* You are a natural leader, capable of directing internal stakeholders towards the common goal of customer success.
* You have strong commercial acumen, and you understand how customers want to engage at every stage of their journey.
