About The role:

You'll be the heart and organiser of the ESTEEM program, taking charge of:

* Leading team huddles and supporting your team with clarity and confidence
* Identifying participant needs and removing barriers to engagement
* Making sure program operations run smoothly and effectively
* Offering guidance, encouragement, and structure to staff and stakeholders
* Keeping communication flowing between participants, carers, and the broader team
* Planning, monitoring, and reporting to ensure ongoing quality and improvement

Reporting to the Allied Health Manager, this role blends coordination, communication, and genuine care, perfect for someone who loves helping others and keeping things running smoothly.
