We’re partnering with a one of Australia’s leading wholesalers of timber, flooring, and panel products to find a marketing manager who can blend traditional marketing knowledge with the smart use of AI tools. This full-time position in Clayton South suits either an emerging marketing leader, or an experienced marketing manager looking for a part-time opportunity (3-4 days). In this role you’ll cover the full marketing mix and help shape the future of marketing in the company. What you’ll be doing Develop annual marketing plans, align campaigns with sales goals, and use market insights to guide decisions. Lead websites, EDMs, ads, and social campaigns to drive engagement and ROI. Manage content calendars, produce digital/print collateral, and ensure SEO and brand consistency. Use AI tools to streamline content creation, design, analytics, and automation. Strengthen brand identity, support sales with tools and events, and track marketing’s impact on revenue. Deliver end-to-end campaigns, set KPIs, and refine strategy through data insights. Mentor a junior team member, manage agencies, and work cross-functionally to deliver results. What we’re looking for Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Design, or similar Experience in building/architectural/timber industries highly regarded, but not necessary Strong design and visual sensibility and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and/or other content creation tools Digital marketing experience; content management, website, social media, EDM, CRM, analytics Familiarity with AI marketing tools for content, optimisation, and insights.
