Industrial Refrigeration Project Leader
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced industrial refrigeration project leader to spearhead projects in industrial sustainability, refrigeration, heat pumps, process plant cooling, and gas compression.
* Lead and execute projects in industrial sustainability, refrigeration, and heavy industry with the highest level of expertise and professionalism.
* Help clients achieve net-zero goals by developing energy transformation projects and highly efficient systems for chilling, heating, heat recovery, and energy transfer.
* Create engineering designs for industrial refrigeration, heat transfer, gas compression, hydrogen, chillers, and heat pump projects with innovative solutions.
Key responsibilities:
* Ensure timely delivery, budget compliance, and quality standards in all project undertakings.
* Monitor project financials and provide regular updates to senior management, maintaining transparency throughout.
* Prepare QA documentation and ensure compliance with OHS&E standards, prioritizing workplace safety.
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Strong technical knowledge of industrial refrigeration and compressors (rotary screw and reciprocating), service delivery efficiencies, and control system fundamentals.
* Hands-on experience in maintenance, reactive works, and mechanical/electrical control systems, demonstrating adaptability and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to deliver value-engineered solutions for refrigeration and compression clients, driving business growth through innovative approaches.
