Administration Support Lead

About the Position
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex priorities, coordinating commitments, and ensuring work is completed within tight deadlines. They will also assist in maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to senior leaders, including coordination of meetings, travel arrangements, and preparation of reports;
* Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines;
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including medical staff, management, and other departments;
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases;
* Prepare and present routine reports and data analysis to senior leaders and other stakeholders.
Requirements
* A relevant qualification or extensive experience in an administration support role;
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, specialized software, and online systems;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders;
* Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines;
* Attention to detail, with a high level of accuracy and reliability.
