Job Title: Paid Social Account Manager
We are seeking a strategic Paid Social Account Manager to join our team. This is a brilliant opportunity to work in a digital agency that combines e-commerce consultancy with marketplace acceleration.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Development: Identify insights and opportunities that shape client strategies, ensuring alignment with expectations and growth targets.
* Client Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with client stakeholders, fostering trust and uncovering opportunities for account retention and growth.
* Team Collaboration: Work with junior team members to oversee the hands-on execution and optimisation of paid social accounts, as well as regular client reporting.
* Account Management: Manage client retainers, ensuring deliverables align with scope and maintaining transparent communication about performance and results.
* New Business Support: Assist Senior Social Account Managers and Department Directors in preparing client proposals for new business opportunities, demonstrating expertise and strategic thinking.
* Integrated Strategy: Partner closely with the Performance, SEO, CRM, and Analytics teams to drive cohesive strategies and actionable insights that enhance cross-channel success.
* Paid Media Expertise: Provide specialised Paid Social knowledge to the team, contributing to consulting projects as required, and staying at the forefront of industry trends.
* Campaign Excellence: Conduct paid media audits, competitor analyses, and comprehensive reporting to refine campaign performance and maximise ROI.
Requirements:
* 3-5 years of experience in a hands-on Paid Social role within an agency setting.
* Proven ability to manage stakeholders and clients effectively, with excellent communication skills and confidence in presenting.
* Extensive experience in planning, implementing, and optimising paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and YouTube, with a strong track record of delivering results (e.g., increasing ROI and lowering CPAs).
* In-depth knowledge of troubleshooting and working with pixels, product catalogues, and tracking solutions.
* Strong attention to detail, with the ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, uncover actionable insights, and optimise performance.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, Google Suite, and social media ad platforms.
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
* Experience working with retail or e-commerce clients (desirable but not essential).
* Familiarity with Looker Studio (nice to have).
* Must have full working rights in Australia (e.g., citizen or permanent resident).
