Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a talented and experienced Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at our stunning resort, with a primary focus on functions and events across the property.
This is a full-time position, offering 38 hours per week, with rosters provided two to four weeks in advance to help you plan and maintain a healthy work-life balance.
While your main focus will be on preparing and executing high-quality dishes for our resort's functions and events, you may also have the opportunity to work across our vibrant dining outlets. These include our signature restaurant, Azure Bar and Grill, renowned for its refined atmosphere and seasonal menu inspired by locally sourced ingredients; the SummerSalt food truck at our adults-only pool bar offering a Mediterranean-style snack menu; and Breeze Café, where our newly designed menu delivers a fresh and casual poolside dining experience.
Our resort is proud to deliver an award-winning culinary experience across multiple venues, with a strong emphasis on fresh, local produce and exceptional service. * Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or high-volume catering environment
* Full availability, including weekends and public holidays
* Commitment to a full-time position (38 hours per week)
* Ability to work efficiently during busy periods with a sense of urgency
* Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
* Comprehensive understanding of food safety standards
