Inventory & Administration Clerk
Job Description:
This role supports procurement, inventory, and customer service operations in a close-knit team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Purchased Inventory & Sales Movement Liaison: Track orders, follow up on deliveries, and maintain accurate inventory records aligned with sales activities.
* Business Administration: Assist with document management, filing, and internal communications.
* Customer Service Administration: Support the customer service team with order processing, calls, and issue resolution.
* Supply Chain & Inventory Control: Monitor daily stock levels and ensure accurate data entry of raw materials and finished products.
* Data Entry & ERP Management: Input and maintain data in inventory and ERP systems for real-time stock visibility.
* Analytical Support: Prepare reports and analysis to assist inventory forecasting and procurement decisions.
* Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with logistics suppliers and internal teams to maintain high DIFOT performance.
* Administrative Assistance to Senior Managers: Provide support to Procurement and Customer Service Managers as required.
