What we're looking for
We're looking for a Senior Product Designer who's deeply hands‑on, thoughtful in their approach, and confident navigating complexity. Someone who can take ownership of product problems, collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, and deliver high‑quality work from concept through to launch.
This role sits within our product design discipline and works closely with product managers, engineers, strategists and brand designers to shape digital products that are intuitive, scalable and beautifully crafted.
You're comfortable working across UX, UI and systems, bringing clarity to ambiguity and helping teams move forward with confidence. You care deeply about craft, bringing with you a high level of appreciation for design aesthetic.

You'll be responsible for
* Delivering high‑quality product design across projects, from discovery and definition through to launch.
* Owning UX and UI outcomes on assigned projects, balancing user needs, business goals and technical constraints.
* Upholding and having a finger on the pulse of design, craft and visual aesthetic, creating both visually stunning and usable experiences.
* Collaborating closely with clients, product managers, engineers and internal teams to bring digital products to life.
* Leading by example through strong craft, clear thinking and hands‑on contribution.
* Supporting and mentoring designers through thoughtful feedback, knowledge sharing and collaboration.
* Helping uphold and evolve Josephmark's product design standards through consistent, considered execution.
You'll bring
* You're a senior product designer with experience designing complex digital products, ideally within a product‑led company, design studio or high‑growth environment.
* Your portfolio demonstrates strong product thinking and refined creative design eye, including information architecture, interaction design, accessibility and visual systems.
* You're comfortable working from ambiguity, helping define problems, scopes and success metrics when they aren't fully formed.
* You work confidently across the full product lifecycle — from discovery and research, through wireframing and prototyping, to high‑fidelity design and delivery.
* You're a clear communicator who can present work, articulate decision‑making, and facilitate workshops with clients and internal teams.
* You naturally support and mentor others, offering thoughtful feedback and helping raise the quality of work around you.
* You're proficient in Figma and comfortable using tools like Notion, Pitch and Google Suite. Experience with prototyping and usability testing is essential.
