Senior Sales Professional
We're looking for a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of driving sales and achieving revenue targets to fill our event spaces.
* Proactively secure new business from corporate, association, government, and entertainment markets.
* Manage and convert repeat events to ensure ongoing client loyalty.
* Build strong relationships with clients, industry partners, and sales teams to generate leads.
* Showcase the venue through site inspections, familiarisations, and client entertainment.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead.
You'll thrive in this role if you have:
* Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in convention sales, large events, or hospitality.
* A track record of achieving (and exceeding) revenue targets.
* Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
* CRM experience and an understanding of yield and revenue management principles.
* Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
