This role will lead and enhance corporate governance, risk management, and enterprise-wide project coordination to support strategic and operational objectives.
* Act as a key advisor, organising and coordinating Board meetings and subcommittee meetings.
* Attend Board and subcommittee meetings, prepare accurate minutes, and track action items.
* Manage travel arrangements for Board members.
* Provide expert advice and support to the Board and Executive team.
