Experienced Service Advisor:
Key responsibilities:
* Meeting guests & taking customer enquiries and service bookings.
* Writing up repair orders
* Keeping guests up to date with vehicle progress
* Estimating the cost and time needed to complete a job
* Determining the customers needs and communicating these to the workshop, to fix it right the first time and deliver the vehicle on time
* Selling any additional work identified by the workshop
* Handling guest complaints
* Prepare and cost invoices along with processing payments
To apply for this position, you need to meet the following requirements:
* Experience in a similar client-facing / customer service role within a retail automotive service department
* Excellent customer service skills including a pleasant welcoming manner and the ability to relate to a wide range of people both in-person and via telephone
* A current NSW drivers license is a must
* Strong time management and organizational skills
* Has a sound knowledge of automotive mechanics
Experienced Automotive Technician:
Key responsibilities:
* General servicing and maintenance of vehicles
* Identifying and repairing technical issues
* Identifying additional work as required
* Road testing vehicles
* Completing all work as per Manufacturer Repair times and retail standards
* Completing quality and timely work to meet Customer and sales management needs as per the Repair Order
* Diagnose vehicle problems
* Ensure work bays are cleaned after job and washed daily
