The Role
Based in Cherrybrook and reporting to the Corporate & Community Partnership Manager, in this hands‑on and rewarding role, you will plan, coordinate and deliver a calendar of community engagement and fundraising events that strengthen Inala's community connections and support their mission.
The key areas of responsibility will be:
* Planning, coordinating and executing Inala's annual fundraising and community events.
* Managing event logistics including catering, equipment hire, suppliers and venues.
* Creating and distributing invitations and post‑event communications.
* Maintaining accurate CRM records and tracking RSVPs.
* Developing and strengthening relationships with donors, partners, supporters and volunteers.
* Coordinating and supporting Inala's event volunteer program.
* Sourcing raffle and auction prizes.
* Supporting the development of event budgets and reporting.
Skills Required
You are an organised, community‑minded events professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and brings initiative, warmth and professionalism to every project.
Additionally, you have:
* Proven experience coordinating events.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
* Exceptional organisational and time‑management abilities.
* Confidence using digital tools and software.
* Ability to work independently within established frameworks.
