About the Role
* Provide independent, full scope optometric care with collaborative support
* Learn the operational side of running an independent practice - from patient experience improvement to community engagement and business development
* Participate in weekly one on one mentoring sessions focused on clinical skills, professional development, and leadership
* Enjoy a flexible timetable that supports continuing education and lifestyle balance
* Contribute to local promotional and outreach initiatives, including house calls and allied health collaboration
What We're Offering
* Salary: $79,000 plus 12% superannuation
* Benefits:
* AHPRA registration and Optometry Australia membership fees paid
* CPD support up to $1,500 per year
* Relocation assistance of up to $1,000 (within first 12 months)
* Generous appointment times mins initial; reviewed after 3 months)
* Saturdays shared on rotation with time in lieu flexibility
