Your Role:
The Principal Supply Chain Logistics Specialist will be responsible for managing and coordinating the disposal of KC-30A assets. The role will also hold the responsibility of a Disposal Manager. You will also have accountability for:
Liaising with relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure CMCA conforms to regulatory requirements.
Undertaking the role of Disposal Manager in accordance with department of Defence Disposals Handbook
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and ensure the timely receipt and issue of CMCA.
Identifying process efficiencies and potential impacts to supportability of Authorised to Fit Products.
Supporting disposals management by reporting on known issues and their status.
Supporting quality assurance occurrences reporting on physical location and condition
Supporting the warehousing in general warehousing duties when time and capacity is available.
About You:
The ability to obtain and maintain an AGSVA security clearance at NV1
Spares Inventory Management, Logistics management or similar qualification or experience
Demonstrated knowledge of and experience in the inspection and receipt of Aeronautical Product (AP) within the Defence environment desirable
Demonstrated knowledge of the disposal of Commonwealth owned assets desirable
Strong team player, with ability to work as part of a larger group or independently. Demonstrated ability to self-manage.
Well-developed oral and written communication skills.
