About the role:
An exciting opportunity is available for a motivated and detail‐oriented Service Coordinator to join a busy operations team based in the Sutherland Shire. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‐paced environment and enjoys managing multiple priorities. You will be responsible for coordinating and delivering both preventative and reactive maintenance services nationwide, ensuring high‐quality outcomes and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end‐to‐end coordination of facilities maintenance work orders
* Allocate jobs to trades and service delivery partners
* Ensure all service requests meet client expectations and KPIs
* Handle incoming calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
* Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors and internal technicians
* Coordinate urgent and priority maintenance requests
* Maintain accurate records within internal systems
* Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
* Adhere to safety procedures and escalation protocols
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
* Proven ability to work in a fast‐paced, high‐volume environment
* Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
* Excellent customer service focus
* Strong problem‐solving ability and attention to detail
* Confident and professional phone manner
* Ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.)
