The Role
You'll be responsible for ensuring we have the right products, presented the right way, at the right time. This role connects:
* Buying & inventory
* Product & merchandising
* Marketing & content
* Supplier relationships
You won't just manage stock - you'll improve how it performs.
Key Responsibilities
Buying & Inventory
* Source and range the right products across brands
* Place and manage orders aligned with demand and sell-through
* Monitor stock levels and proactively manage gaps and risks
Merchandising & Product Performance
* Create and optimise product listings for conversion
* Maintain high standards across product data and presentation
* Continuously improve product pages (Kaizen mindset)
Brand & Category Management
* Keep ranges fresh, accurate, and competitive
* Maintain clean category structures
* Take ownership of brand performance on‐site
Campaign & Content Support
* Provide product insights for marketing campaigns (EDMs, ads, social)
* Contribute to written and video content where needed
Supplier & Team Collaboration
* Build strong supplier relationships
* Work closely with buying, content, and marketing teams
* Communicate clearly around stock, opportunities, and issues
What We're Looking For
* High attention to detail - you notice what others miss
* Strong organisational skills - you can handle volume without dropping standards
* Confident working across systems (Excel, eCommerce platforms, etc.)
* Understanding of consumer behaviour, product presentation, and marketing
* Proactive mindset - you take ownership and act
* Strong communication skills - internally and externally
eCommerce or buying experience is helpful, but attitude and performance matter more.
