As our next Front Office Superstar, you will:
* Go the extra mile to provide a memorable guest experience and represent the brand through exceptional service.
* Liaise with guests to build their package requirements and create memorable holiday moments to take away.
* Providing exceptional customer service by responding to guests & owners inquires promptly, efficiently, and courteously.
* Maintaining and inputting Hotel reservations.
* Promoting and up-selling hotel packages and restaurant reservations through strong product knowledge.
* Maintaining a high level of professionalism and ensuring procedures are followed.
* Coordinating guest arrivals & departures; always liaising with suppliers in a positive and professional manner
* Maintaining guest accounts and banking to trust account regulations.
What we are looking for:
* Extensive hotel / resort front office experience
* A team player who is additionally exceptional at working autonomously
* Previous experience with RMS PMS is highly desirable.
* Exposure to trust property letting and accounts preferrable.
* Guest and team focus
* Strong work ethic with solution focus
* Ability to work calmly in a faced pace environment.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
* Highly motivated with a collaborative leadership style
* Superior organisational and time management skills
