Role Overview
The purpose of this role is to make the MD's role easy, convenient and efficient. You will support the MD with presentations, travel, calendar, admin and events, ensuring smooth daily operations. Additionally, you will contribute to the organisational culture by fostering strong relationships, promoting collaboration and supporting a positive work environment through proactive problem‐solving and excellent communication. Responsibilities
* Manage MD's reporting expectations, business reviews, presentations and decision making.
* Manage calendar, travel requirements and expenses of the MD.
* Help with the facilitation of the ANZ Leadership team events.
* Help with facilitation of the ASEAN business.
* Help with organisation of the regional visits.
* Help the leadership team with samples.
* Coordinate company conferences and training sessions.
* Support other team members as needed to ensure smooth workflow across the organisation.

Requirements
* 3‐4 years Executive Assistant experience.
* Working style: Structured, organised, proactive and multi‐tasker.
* Attitude: Positive, high energy, social, collaborative and professional.
* Experience in making great presentations, understanding data and insights.
* High ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‐paced working environment.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, thrive in matrix environments and adept at building relationships with different stakeholders.
