The full-time Accounts Payable Officer wanted to join a busy and supportive team.

Your new role
Duties and Responsibilities
* End-to-end Accounts Payable processing
* Data entry, invoice matching, coding, and reconciliation
* Managing supplier queries and facilitating payments
* Processing weekly payroll for approximately 65 employees
* Interpreting awards and agreements where required
* Maintaining employee records and payroll data
* Assisting with HR administration and employee onboarding
* Preparing new starter documentation and inductions
* Creating purchase orders and setting up new suppliers
* General administration and office duties as required
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in Accounts Payable and Payroll
* Experience processing weekly payroll (multi-employee environment)
* Sound understanding of payroll compliance, awards, and entitlements
* Basic HR administration and onboarding experience
* Strong knowledge of accounting and payroll systems
* WHS knowledge highly regarded
* Current manual driver's licence
* High attention to detail and strong time management skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
What you'll get in return
This is a permanent, full-time position based in Mackay, located at the Paget office. The role is Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. A salary of $80,000 plus superannuation is on offer, with an immediate start available for the right candidate.
