Job Title: Retail Systems Manager

This Manager / Stakeholder Management role will see you supporting, coaching and managing your own team as well as working with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Studio's by maintaining the company's retail product inventory in our retail systems.
Reporting to the National Margin Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Manage the development and maintenance of the Victorian Retail Sales/Estimating Systems
* Manage and mentor a team in the retail systems that are eager to learn and develop
* Ensure Retail Option inventory (Sales Estimating database) is accurate and up to date and available for Sales and Colour Selection Studio teams to select on day of product launch
* Ensure all retail upgrade options have an up-to-date, accurate cost maintained in the database and reviewed regularly
* Ensure all product inventory prices and descriptions are consistent with Point of Sale material
* Manage Displayed Option Lists to ensure all are completed prior to opening and are legally compliant
* Interpret information relating to new display homes and resolve any anomalies with the design/display construction/purchasing teams
* Conduct a site visit to reconcile information against each completed home during construction and upon completion
* Manage House Pricing and Promotions in Retail Systems
* Assist Marketing with development of promotions
* Provide Support and Liaise with Relevant Departments such as Sales and Operations and Colour Selection Studio

Requirements:
* Management experience of a small team
* Exceptional level of customer service and communication skills
* Well-organised and high level of organisational skills
* Some level of experience in residential home building industry preferred but not essential
* Intermediate computer skills
