**Skills and Experience**
- Create and maintain powerful datasets from internal and external data sources
- Effectively use data to tell stories, communicate key insights through internal reports and dashboards to help drive business decisions and improved customer satisfaction;
- Design interactive reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders and identify key areas to call out in order to increase team efficiency;
- Conduct pro-active review on high-value customers with a retention focus to identify business opportunities and inform nurture strategies;
- Utilise datasets and AI to build intelligent predictions within the Salesforce CRM with the view to increase retention and identify new business opportunities;
- Salesforce experience in an administration or analytics role.
- 2+ years' CRM Analytics (formerly known as Tableau CRM) experience with a functional knowledge of creating datasets, lenses, dashboards and using SAQL to further customise query results.
- Hands-on expertise with Structured Query Language (SQL), Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL), Salesforce Analytics Query Language (SAQL) and any other programming language preferred.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel e.g. power pivot, expert formulas and functions
- Experience building Salesforce Flows is highly desired
- Strong analytical ability to deliver meaningful insights; identify and articulate anomalies and trends providing recommendations.
- Ability to interpret new data sources and extraction/manipulation of large data sets to perform analytics.
- Excellent quantitative skills and a deep understanding of statistical methods, and an ability to inspire confidence in data-driven decision making.
- Ensure adherence to strict policies and procedures to ensure the integrity, confidentiality, security, and availability of data and data systems.
