About Cabarlah Health CentreCabarlah Clinic is located within Borneo Barracks, 14km north of Toowoomba. The barracks is home to the tri-service Defence Force School of Signals’ Electronic Warfare Wing and has approximately 250 members. The Clinic provides primary medical, dental, nursing, mental health and physiotherapy services to the base. Clinic staff may be required to work across Cabarlah & Oakey. Standard operating hours of the centre are generally Monday – Friday (depending on role requirements). We have full time, part time and casual options available.
What you will doDeliver high-quality primary care to Defence membersOcc Med environmentWork collaboratively in a multidisciplinary clinical environmentConduct fitness-for-duty assessments and pre/post-deployment careProvide medical advice to Defence health leadership
What you bringUnrestricted AHPRA registration as a General PractitionerFRACGP, FACRRM or Vocational RegistrationMinimum two years’ GP experience in the last five yearsCurrent CPR certification (HLTAID009)Australian Citizenship required (Baseline Security Clearance)Commitment to CPD and ethical, patient-centred careAdditional information:Provide Occupational Medicine servicesCivilian role – no enlistment requiredPart-time, full-time and after-hours opportunities available
