Lawyer / Solicitor – Construction and Infrastructure (Front-end) Our Client
Brighton Search is partnering with a leading national firm seeking a junior lawyer / solicitor to join its highly regarded Construction and Infrastructure team in Brisbane.
The team works across some of Australia's most significant construction, energy and infrastructure projects, advising major contractors, developers, government bodies and investors on complex project delivery and contractual arrangements.
This is an excellent opportunity for a junior lawyer looking to build a long-term career in front-end construction within a collaborative and supportive team environment.
The Opportunity
You will work closely with chambers-ranked partners and senior lawyers on a range of front-end construction matters across major projects, including:
* Drafting and negotiating construction contracts (including EPC, D&C and alliance arrangements)
* Advising on project structuring and procurement strategies
* Supporting major infrastructure, renewables and energy developments
* Working with government and private sector clients on large-scale project delivery
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* 1+ years' legal experience with exposure to construction, projects or infrastructure work
* Strong academic background and excellent drafting skills
* A genuine interest in the construction, energy and infrastructure sector
* A collaborative and proactive approach to working within a team
