Our client is on the lookout for a Bookkeeper/Accounts Manager. Someone to manage the bookkeeping, payroll and lodgement obligations as well as day-to-day trust accounting administration across Sales, Leasing and Strata Management.
What you'll be doing:
Accounts payable/accounts receivable
Bank reconciliations
Managing cashflow
Payroll & Superannuation
Preparation of BAS/PAYGW/Payroll Tax/Super Guarantee Contributions
End of Month
Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly accounts/financial reporting to Licensee
Annual Trust Audits
Communicate & liaise with external Accountants, Auditors, Insurers and Bank Managers
What you'll need:
Minimum 2 years Bookkeeping experience
Experience using Xero
Previous experience working in a Real Estate agency (highly considered)
