What role will you play?
* Triaging change requests and completing impact assessments for the Treasury Team.
* Collaborating with stakeholders to identify needs and translate them into requirements and user stories.
* Mapping and analyzing current processes and data flows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
* Working closely with data & platform teams to ensure regulatory and risk outcomes.
What You Offer
* 2+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in banking and financial services.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
* Understanding of agile methodologies and mindset.
* Attention to detail, adaptability, motivation, and drive.
* Experience with regulatory projects in finance is desirable.
