Job Overview
In addition to compliance and data management, the Talent Acquisition Administrator will support migration‐related compliance activities. This involves ensuring that all records and information are accurately updated and maintained during migration processes. The Talent Acquisition Administrator will collaborate with relevant stakeholders to facilitate smooth and compliant migration activities.

Qualifications
- A Diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration or a related field.
- 3+ years experience ideally in a high‐volume recruitment workplace.
- Experience in talent acquisition, HR compliance or workforce governance in a high‐volume setting (desirable).
- High attention to detail with experience managing HR systems and data integrity initiatives.
- Ability to analyse data, identify risks and proactively address compliance gaps.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience conducting data audits and implementing data cleanup initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to work in fast‐paced, high‐volume environments.
- QLD Working with Children's Clearance.
