About the Opportunity
As Chief Executive Officer, you will lead the organisation's strategic direction and growth agenda. This is a pivotal role for an experienced leader passionate about sustainability, innovation, and commercial success. You'll spearhead business development, forge strategic partnerships, and position the organisation as a key player in Australia's transition to renewable energy.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the company's strategic plan with a focus on growth and market leadership.
Drive commercial outcomes through business development, partnerships, and new revenue streams.
Lead and inspire a high-performing team aligned with the organisation's purpose and values.
Oversee operational performance, governance, and financial management.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders including government, investors, and industry partners.
Champion renewable technologies and innovation across the organisation.
About You
You are a visionary and commercially astute executive with a proven track record in energy, renewables, or infrastructure. You bring:
Senior leadership experience (CEO or equivalent).
Strong business development and growth strategy expertise.
Deep understanding of Australia's renewable energy landscape and regulatory environment.
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and governance capability.
Strategic mindset with the ability to deliver both innovation and operational excellence.
