As Clinical Lead, your day will span your own manageable caseload of client sessions alongside a genuine leadership remit: supervising registrars, developing the team, shaping clinical resources and programs, and helping build a practice culture people genuinely want to be part of.
This is a senior role with real influence. You'll work closely with our director, Dr Michelle Darragh, to drive the clinical direction of a practice that's growing fast and thinking creatively about what psychology services can look like.
Candidates must have current Australian work rights at the time of application.
What You'll Be Doing
* Maintaining your own client caseload (~4 sessions/day) across presentations that match your areas of expertise
* Providing regular individual and group supervision to provisional psychologists and clinical registrars, and other team members as required
* Leading professional development across the team, facilitating case discussions, skill-building, and in-house learning
* Developing and sourcing clinical resources: assessment tools, treatment frameworks, psychoeducation materials
* Contributing to service innovation such as group programs, new offerings, creative approaches to care
* Being a consistent, energising presence that holds the team together through a period of exciting growth
