About the Opportunity
We are looking for dedicated and compassionate individuals who are experienced in supporting people with dementia or cognitive impairment and understand and respect the diverse needs of older adults from various social, economic, and cultural backgrounds.
In this role, you will support ECH clients in participating in meaningful activities aligned with their care plans, offering guidance and services that empower them to live fulfilling lives as they age.
Key responsibilities include promoting independence and choice, documenting attendance and experiences, assisting with transportation, assist with meal preparation, serving, and cleanup.

Essential Criteria
* Certificate III Individual Support
* Current First Aid Certificate and CPR
* Drivers Licence
* Reliable vehicle
* Experience working within Aged Care, memory support, dementia, cognitive impairment.
Desirable
* Certificate IV Leisure and Health, Disability or equivalent
* Experience working within Aged Care, memory support, dementia, cognitive impairment.
