Job Title: ICT Support Specialist
We are seeking an innovative, dedicated Information Communication Technology (ICT) Support Officer to join our team. The successful applicant will provide training, advice and support to staff on desktop and software applications.
The role involves maintaining accurate records of the school's ICT systems and equipment across multiple sites to maximise both educational and administrative outcomes. Coordination and support of telephones, mobile telephones and other portable electronic devices across multiple sites is a key responsibility of this role.
The ICT Support Specialist will also be responsible for updating internal user systems access, roles, information and system permissions. This may involve liaising with vendors, service providers and other external and internal stakeholders for provision of services and resolution of issues.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate records of the school's ICT systems and equipment.
* Provide training, advice and support to staff on desktop and software applications.
* Coordinate and support of telephones, mobile telephones and other portable electronic devices.
* Update internal user systems access, roles, information and system permissions.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated knowledge and experience in maintaining and managing network systems.
* Sound analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Organisational skills, including the ability to meet deadlines and identify priorities.
* Verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
