Logistics Service Coordinator Role

* Develop strong relationships with customers through effective communication and issue resolution.
* Ensure seamless coordination of logistics activities, including booking, manifesting, and freight movement, to meet customer expectations.
* Analyze and address freight discrepancies, adhering to company standards and customer Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Responsibilities:
* Liaise with customers to action Proof of Delivery (POD) requests and ensure timely follow-up.
* Promote a culture of accuracy and efficiency by preparing reliable quotations and ensuring prompt invoicing.
* Collaborate with the Contract Manager to deliver high-quality contract performance, identify areas for improvement, and execute ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience in a comparable role, preferably in the transportation and logistics industry.
* Aptitude for building positive customer relationships through articulate communication, logical reasoning, and creativity.
* Ability to apply technical expertise in data management, workflow optimization, and system proficiency (including but not limited to: data entry, tracking software, scheduling, record-keeping).
