FinXL is seeking an experienced SAP HCM Specialist to support and enhance our client SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud Platform. This role plays a key part in maintaining critical HR systems and delivering business improvements in a multi-client environment.
Key Responsibilities:
o Implement and support SAP HCM solutions across a complex SAP landscape
o Analyse business requirements and provide expert functional advice
o Resolve HCM-related incidents and manage helpdesk tickets
o Collaborate with stakeholders and share knowledge within the HCM team
o Prepare and maintain documentation, including Statements of Work
o Ensure system changes are well-documented and aligned with business needs
Requirements:
o Minimum 5 years' experience in SAP HCM
o Expertise in ECC6.0 HCM, especially Public Sector Personnel Administration and Time Management
o Strong understanding of HCM master data, tables, and reporting
o Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
o Ability to thrive in a dynamic, multi-client shared services environment
