Company Overview: We are a forward-thinking Sunshine Coast based construction company driven by the ambition to lead the industry in boutique multi-residential construction across South East Queensland.

Position: Contract Administrator

Location: Maroochydore, Sunshine Coast

Projects: Medium Rise Multi Residential Construction

Remuneration: Competitive and Negotiable

Job Summary:

The Contract Administrator is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of contract administration for projects, ensuring that operations are conducted efficiently, safely, and profitably. This role requires a thorough understanding of contract management, procurement processes, and compliance with organisational policies and procedures.

Key Accountabilities:

As an integral part of our team, the Contract Administrator is responsible for the following key areas:

* Contract Management:

* Administer head contracts, including handling progress claims, time management, financial administration, and change management.

* Oversee project procurement, manage subcontractor and supplier relationships, and ensure compliance with contract terms.
* Coordinate and manage project documentation and correspondence.

* Project Coordination:

* Assist in the preparation, review, and submission of project deliverables.

* Provide support to the Project Manager and Site Manager in all aspects of the project.
* Maintain communication with clients and consultants to ensure project goals are met and relationships are strengthened.

* Financial Management:

* Monitor and report on project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and administration.

* Ensure accurate financial documentation and reporting.

Qualifications and Experience:

* Qualification in Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field.
* Proven experience in contract administration or project management.
* Strong understanding of contract law and procurement processes.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* Proficiency in project management software
