The Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Payroll Implementation Manager to lead the payroll and workforce management aspects of their HRMS project. This role is critical in ensuring accurate payroll and workforce data migration, system testing, process improvements, and alignment of project deliverables.
What You'll Do
* Lead implementation of payroll and workforce management modules within the HRMS
* Ensure accurate and complete data migration and testing, including parallel running analysis
* Streamline and review payroll and workforce processes
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external consultants, and project teams to deliver project outcomes
* Identify and manage risks, ensuring project timelines and objectives are met
* Support knowledge transfer and system understanding across HR and Payroll teams
* Provide guidance on award interpretation, compliance, and payroll problem-solving
What They're Looking For
* Strong experience using Human Force or implementing the system
* Strong understanding of the payroll module
* Proven experience in payroll and workforce management system implementation
* Strong project management skills, including planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement
* Knowledge of award interpretation and payroll compliance requirements
* Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple stakeholders
