We're on the hunt for a Senior Intake and Administration Officer who is part organisational ninja, part customer service superstar, and 100% passionate about getting things done right. You'll be the backbone of our operation—supporting our growing service delivery with flair, focus, and a serious commitment to member satisfaction.
This is a new full-time opportunity, and the successful applicant can be located form either our Bathurs t or Dubbo offices, both located on the traditional lands of the Wiradjuri people.
What You'll Be Doing:
Lead the charge on daily intake and admin ops for the program—keeping things smooth, structured, and member-focused.
Be the friendly face (and voice) of the team—delivering top-notch service to members, staff, and stakeholders while handling enquiries like a pro.
Keep the wheels turning —from answering phones to booking travel, managing docs, and tackling all things admin with flair.
Get your data game on —create forms, track info, support billing and claims, and make spreadsheets sing to help the team deliver their best.

Top-tier customer service skills – you know how to make people feel heard, helped, and happy.
Admin all-rounder – you've got experience supporting teams and keeping things running smoothly.
Tech-savvy & confident – especially with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook (you and spreadsheets are basically besties).
Fast, accurate data entry – details don't stand a chance of slipping by you.
Strong communicator – whether it's emails, calls, or team chats, you keep it professional and clear.
Team player energy – collaborative, reliable, and always up for lending a hand.
Master of time and tasks – you stay organised, meet deadlines, and juggle priorities like a pro.
Licence to drive – a current driver's licence is a must.
