We are seeking a skilled Civil Construction Manager to join our team in a leadership role.

About the Role:

This is a FIFO position flying from Perth to Barrow Island on a 2:2 roster, where you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of construction activities, inclusive of all BWI scope and installation of other on-island equipment.
">
You will be required to promote IIF through the integrated construction management team and Contractors, coordinate and supervise site-based Construction Coordinators, and develop and monitor key KPIs for safe execution.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for Barrow Island J-IC execution, inclusive of all BWI scope and installation of other on-island equipment.
">
2. Visibly promote IIF through the integrated construction management team and Contractors.
">
3. Coordination and supervision of site-based Construction Coordinators.
">
4. Develop and monitor key KPIs for safe execution.
">
5. Supports Contractor resource management and approval of Construction activities.
">
6. Simops point of contact for operations.
">
7. Field Instruction Approval
">
8. Progress verification and reporting.
">
9. Conflict resolution.
">
10. Strong Civil background and oversight of contractor execution

About You:
">
To be successful in this role, you will need:
">
">
* Brownfields, multi-disciplinary, CAPL experience.
">
* Minimum 20 yrs. relevant experience managing construction activities.
">
* Minimum 10 yrs. experience within the oil & gas industry.
">
* History of success meeting construction milestones (i.e., HES, Quality, schedule, and cost).
">
* Prior experience delivering on site-based projects.
">
* Relevant qualifications/certifications from a recognised educational institution
