Are you a customer service superstar looking for your next challenge? Colonial Foods is seeking a full-time Customer Service Co-Ordinator to join our dynamic team in Somersby, NSW. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our sales operations.
What you'll be doing
* Serving as the first point of contact for customer enquiries, handling all incoming calls, emails and correspondence professionally and efficiently
* Processing customer orders accurately and ensuring timely fulfilment
* Maintaining detailed customer records and managing the customer database
* Resolving customer complaints and queries in a timely and effective manner
* Contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and procedures
* Receiving delivered goods into the database after marrying up delivery dockets
* Assisting purchasing when required
What we're looking for
* Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role, ideally within a fast-paced, sales-driven environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities
* Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and Microsoft Office suite
* A team player with a positive, can-do attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
