About the Role
Reporting to the Branch Manager, we are looking for a Customer Service Superstar to join the team at our Melbourne Airport branch. You will provide both face-to-face and over-the-phone customer service and reservation support, ensuring every interaction with the customer is first class.
This role is casual, working Monday – Sunday 7am to 10pm with flexibility to work public holidays and additional hours as required.

Key Responsibilities
Premium Customer Service & Support – Meet and greet customers warmly and provide high quality service throughout the rental check‐in and check‐out process. Assist customers with questions about vehicle features, upgrades, rental terms and conditions, and local recommendations.
Vehicle Handover & Product Knowledge – Escort customers to their vehicle and conduct a pre‐rental inspection.
Check‐In / Out Process Management – Complete rental agreements with accuracy and capture pre‐ and post‐rental photos in line with company documentation.
Communication & Coordination – Liaise with the operations, detailing and fleet teams to ensure cars are prepared on schedule.
Reservation & Fleet Support – Assist customers with making bookings, extensions and amendments.
Asset Management – Conduct daily inventory checks to ensure all vehicles are accounted for.
Required Skills & Experience
Valid Open Drivers Licence, with no restrictions and a good driving record is mandatory. MR or HR licence is highly regarded.
Reliable transport to get to and from work.
Demonstrated experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
Strong Attention to Detail.
Good Time Management.
Clear Communication Skills.
