Project Management
The Role
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of industrial boiler and energy system projects. This includes ensuring on-time, on-budget, high-quality delivery, as well as coordination with technical, procurement, site execution, and commissioning teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage full project lifecycle from kick-off to close-out, including design coordination, procurement, delivery, commissioning, and reporting.
* Develop schedules and budgets, coordinate internal teams, and lead project meetings.
* Monitor budgets, margins, and cashflows; manage variations; and support invoicing and milestone claims.
* Serve as primary client contact, foster strong relationships, and communicate progress, risks, and changes effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Diploma/Degree in Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
* 5–10 years' end-to-end project management in industrial, mechanical, or energy sectors (boiler/HVAC/mechanical services preferred).
* Proven experience managing subcontractors, suppliers, and field operations.
* White Card & Construction Induction; Current QLD Driver's Licence.
