About the Role The Data Entry Operator is responsible for the accurate analysis, validation, and maintenance of data to support operational systems and customer information products. The role contributes to the integrity of information management processes and ensures the timely delivery of high-quality services. Key Responsibilities Compare and validate data across multiple Excel spreadsheets Ensure numbers align accurately between spreadsheets Mark, align and update data where required Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Work through a large backlog of data efficiently Use basic MS Office tools including Excel, Word and Microsoft Teams Use map tools such as Google Maps where required Skills & Experience Required Strong Excel skills (working across multiple worksheets) High attention to detail – ability to validate data correctly the first time Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications Tech-savvy and able to pick up systems quickly Experience with data entry, data validation or admin support roles Experience using mapping tools (e.g. Google Maps) is preferred Working Arrangements 40 hours per week Team day: Tuesday Hybrid model: One week 2 days in the office The following week 3 days in the office Office days may include Monday & Tuesday or Tuesday & Wednesday Hybrid arrangement may change based on business needs Availability Able to start ASAP (1–2 week notice period preferred) What We Offer Stable full-time hours Hybrid working arrangement Opportunity to work in a supportive team environment Immediate start for the right candidate Interested?
