**About the role**: 
The Pre-Construction Coordinator role is responsible for supporting multiple site pre-construction activities focused on new data centre building projects in planning, design and pre-construction.
Other responsibilities include:
- Assist in the undertaking of due-diligence and provide support and documentation regarding the site selection process. 
- Assist in the development of frameworks and procurement taking the project from design concept to construction. 
- Liaise with external consultants and assist in preparing relevant documentation for review prior to the Development Application being released. 
- Assist with the Development Application process and track progress across numerous geographic locations in Australia and New Zealand. 
- Understanding of consenting pathways and being able to implement and drive the outcome with external consultants. 
- Provide coordination of engineering and architecturalspecifications for each building type - including but not limited to internal process coordination, existing survey verification and site visits. 
- Collaborate with the construction delivery team to ensure all relevant documentation is available prior to commencement. This includes commencement checklists, initiation documents, drawings, permit status, programming, and budgets. 
- Collate design documentation and scope of works to be issued for general contractor procurement. 
- Prepare contracts for review. 
- Follow up purchases and or purchase order queries and resolve or provide additional information as required. 
- Support the coordination of initial architectural design and permit submittals. 
- Support the management of the preliminary construction schedule and identify areas for acceleration during the early phases of the project. 
- Collaborate with the wider business ensure the review, development and provision of supporting documents for lease execution, such as; site plans, work letters, schedules, phasing plans, GMP budget, etc. 
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. 
- Maintain documentation for all pre-construction works by site. 
- Embrace and model CDC's DNA. 
- Other duties as directed from time to time
**About you**:
- Sound stakeholder gathering requirements. 
- Ability to communicate across multiple channels and geographies. 
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite. 
- Strong documentation and compliance skills. 
- Excellent troubleshooting skills. 
- Microsoft Programming preferred. 
- Ability to navigate ACONEX.
**Essential**:
- Australian citizenship and ability to obtain, an NV1 Security Clearance
