This 12-month part-time role is for 44 hours per fortnight at our Warrnambool office. You will lead the development of customer understanding frameworks and processes throughout the business, support CX data and analytics approaches, and make recommendations for improvements based on customer data and insights.
We are looking for someone with a strong background in customer experience or related disciplines, excellent communication skills, ability to develop effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and a proactive and innovative mindset.
