What You'll Do
You will work as a Level 1 Cloud Support Engineer focusing on technical support for Pronto Xi ERP, Cognos BI, and mobile application solutions.
* Resolve and respond to customer requests.
* Triage and escalated more complex issues as required.
* Perform general operational activities such as backup verification and customer DR testing.
* Document procedures and incidents.
* Manage email system.
* Develop Linux shell scripts and perform system administration.
* Administer MS Windows Server, SQL, Active Directory, and VMware.
* Gain exposure to various operating systems, databases, and network/communications technologies.
Qualifications
* Relevant IT qualification (ideal, but not essential).
* Good knowledge of virtualization technologies.
* Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft products (Windows Server, SQL, Active Directory).
* Experience with user authentication (2FA, Azure AD, Okta).
* Knowledge of email systems and management.
* Basic/Intermediate Linux OS skills.
* Understanding of WAN/LAN, remote communications, VMware NSX, VPNs.
* Good understanding of IT security and controls.
